Public browsing without a health profile

You can browse Sherringford Care without creating an account. The public website does not require visitor accounts or health profiles and does not collect or store personal medical conditions, medication lists or histories, diagnoses, medical histories, symptoms tied to individuals, patient records, or personalized treatment plans.

Search stays in the current page

Search and browse filters run in your browser against published content retrieved from our content service. Text entered into these fields is held temporarily in memory and clears when the page reloads. The application does not send search terms to a server, add them to the page URL, or save them in persistent browser storage.

Search is for general topic names. Please do not enter personal or identifying health information.

Technical information

Hosting and content services may process or log ordinary technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information, and the page path requested. Opening a guide requests its condition or medication slug from the content service, and that name may appear in request logs and the page path. Your browser may also retain visited pages in its history.

Browsing without an account or health profile does not mean that no technical data exists. Details of production hosting providers, logging, retention, and applicable privacy choices will need to be confirmed and documented before launch.

Staff administration

Authorized staff sign in to manage public educational content. Staff authentication uses the shared Supabase account system and stores a session in the staff member’s browser to keep them signed in. Staff can sign out from the administration area. There is no public signup.

Content changes, reference edits, and publication activity are recorded in a private editorial audit log. These records support content administration and do not contain visitor health histories or search terms.

Analytics and external links

The current application does not include analytics, advertising pixels, or session replay. Any future analytics and related privacy practices will need to be documented before production use.
