Who is responsible

Sherringford Care publishes this educational library. The current guides do not yet have documented, named medical reviewers. A recorded content review date is not evidence of a clinical review, and we do not identify an unnamed reviewer as a qualified clinician.

Sources and review records

Each guide lists its available references. Medication-specific references are distinguished by their titles; general directories provide background information. Sources may describe formulations or uses beyond the scope of a guide. Check the source and your own medicine's label, and ask a pharmacist or clinician about individual care.

A complete medical review record should identify the reviewer, relevant credentials, a public professional profile, the scope of the review, and the actual review date. We will display those details only when they are documented. Formatting or navigation changes do not renew a medical review date.

Report an error

Email contact@sherringford.org to flag a guide for correction. Include its URL, the passage you believe is incorrect, and a supporting source if available. Please do not send private medical records or urgent medical questions.

Corrections should be checked against authoritative evidence, with substantive changes reflected in the guide's editorial record. A medical review attribution must be confirmed separately from an ordinary content edit.

This library cannot diagnose, prescribe, or recommend a treatment for you. Read the medical disclaimer and consult a qualified healthcare professional for personal advice.
